Who We Are!
Interview People Online is a straightforward, remote online platform that allows organisations to ‘see and hear’ multiple candidates answer the questions you set for each interview. We have 18 cross-ethnicity 3D Human-like Avatars who will speak your questions for you within a time-limit that you pre-set for each question. You simply review the recorded output and, using our sliding scoring scale, shortlist and select the few for ‘final interview’, in a fraction of the time taken by traditional methods.
